Our typical implementation service and project time line is demonstrated below. Of course this can change depending on other systems you may be implementing but we undertake a broad discussion with you during our discovery sessions to determine the best strategy and timing.

 
 

Project Duration

This can depend on business needs and of course our capacity as we manage a number of projects at any time.

No documents to migrate

e.g. Docs already migrated or new businesses. Feasible to deliver in < 4 weeks.

Documents to migrate

Established businesses with documents to migrated from other systems. There is a minimum 4 weeks required by FYI to sync documents and refile accordingly, For a successful transition to FYI we have found that 6-8 weeks minimum allows a good buffer for configuration, migration and training.

Remember that it shouldn’t be a rushed exercise unless you have good reason for it. Most practices we’ve worked with appreciate the extra configuration time and thought getting the system to shine for when users log in and start using it on day 1.

If considering a wider tech stack implementation (other practice software, XPM, CRM, e-sign etc) we assist with any integrations along the way and ensure that your new systems deliver what they need.
