Service


Database Elements:

Confirmation of databases, attributes and elements required for your migration / merged database.

XPM Account Settings:

Confirmation of XPM account settings needed in your specified database. Where migrating data from another XPM account this may be a combination of settings from both XPM accounts.

Data Extraction & Import

Extraction of required data and migration to your specified XPM database. This includes client information, contacts, billing clients, groups, tax relationships (NZ), jobs, closing work in progress and closing debtors as at your specified cut off date.


Note: Recurring Jobs and Recurring Invoices (Xero) need to be established manually.

Tax and e-File (New Zealand)

We will require your Tax Agent details, as well as encryption information (retrievable where amalgamating between XPM accounts) and we we will provide instructions for a clean changeover between systems.
